Baltimore Child Abuse Center (BCAC)—now Lifebridge Health - Center For Hope—is Maryland's foremost resource for child abuse prevention education for parents, adults in the community, and mandated reporters.
BCAC extended arPlatform + arTeam value using arApps to create their Online Training Institute—initially designed to provide BCAC's flagship Mandated Reporter Training course, BCAC has expanded online training courses to include Vicarious Trauma & Building Resiliency and Seeing Beyond the Picture: Technology Facilitated Child Sexual Exploitation.
arTeam developed over the top of arPlatform to create a learning management system within the BCAC website. arPlatform's customizable forms were configured to deliver a step-by-step training and educational experience—completed forms are delivered to BCAC adminsitrators and include direct links to recorded data for reporting and certification of each individual submission. Additional administrative controls provide BCAC with updates to view completion status across training modules as well as on-demand health assessment via weighted calculations and scoring.
In addition to adoption and rebranding of BCAC's Online Training Institute, Lifebridge Health - Center For Hope employs arPlatform + arApps to create website applications and tools for clinicians and advocates working together with youth, teens, and adults.
