The Sovereign Order of Malta is one of the oldest institutions of Western and Christian civilization. Today, the Order of Malta is active in 120 countries caring for people in need through its medical, social and humanitarian works.

Malta - Federal Association selected arPlatform + arTeam for digital transformation of a legacy website and business processes. Outsourced html design and development was replaced with on-demand creative controls, empowering office and non-technical personnel. Web Forms were implemented to streamline data collection and event registrations, eliminating redundant data entry, and the annual expense of a costly printed membership catalog was displaced by arCommunity, including an online member database and searchable directories, member-managed profiles, and private groups for exclusive content sharing.

In addition to arCommunity enhancements, arTeam integrated third party donor management software, Donor Perfect. Custom API integration of member profiles with external donor database records enables automatic updates and maintenance, syncing changes to member data as well as pushing notifications to Malta administrators.

And when the Sovereign Order of Malta mandated regional websites conform with new branding guidelines, an investment in arPlatform ensured governance and generated meaningful ROI.
